Refactor: Remove unused frontend files and clean up build scripts

- Deleted obsolete TypeScript and JavaScript files related to Wails bindings.
- Removed package.json and runtime files for the frontend.
- Updated build.bat to change link mode from internal to external.
- Added a new clean.bat script to streamline the cleanup process for build artifacts and cache.
- Removed temporary executable and unnecessary frontend directories.
